About this project

Owner App is a custom product designed, developed, tested and deployed by our team, with the source code and accounts handed over to the client.

A business management application for owners: the operational dashboard for a business that already exists. This category rewards clarity over features: an owner opens it to answer two or three questions, and everything else is in the way.

What a build like this covers

  • Dashboard with the day’s key figures on the first screen, no drill-down required
  • Order or job listing with status filters
  • Staff management and role-based permissions
  • Basic reporting over a chosen date range, exportable
  • Notifications for the events that need an owner’s decision, not for everything

What we watch for in business work

Reports are computed server-side and paginated. Pulling a year of records to a phone to sum them is how these apps become unusable in their second year of data.

Stack

We build business products in Flutter and native Android and iOS on the client, with Node.js and NestJS services behind them, TypeORM over PostgreSQL or MySQL where the data is relational, MongoDB where it is not, and Firebase for authentication, push and analytics. Web panels are React. The choice follows the product. We do not start from a template and bend the requirements to fit it.

How we work

Every project starts with a written scope and screen list, moves through design and iterative development with regular demos, and ends with testing on real low-end devices before release. Clients own their code, repositories and store accounts. Where it adds genuine value, we integrate AI features (assistants, document extraction, recommendations) rather than bolting them on for show.
